What are your payment options?

We accepted Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Your card is charged at full when the order is placed. 

Is there a tax rate?

We do not collect any additional sales tax for any state, with the exclusion of California. Any products shipped within or to California, unless with a valid exemption certificate provided, will be charged and additional sales tax. 

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Depending on the product(s) ordered, it depends. Each piece needs to be crafted and arranged once the order is received. Processing may take up to three business days at the latest. 

What if I want to cancel my order?

The only way for us to be able to cancel your order is if you contact customer service before the order is shipped, depending on the product(s). Our cancellations can not be completed until we get the confirmation that the order has not been processed or shipped. After being shipped, please refer to our return policy.


How much does shipping cost?

We provide a fixed shipping charge to all the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, a special quote is required. If you have any questions, please contact us at service@thefloralmart.com for details about pricing before placing an order. 

However, we are not a big fan of shipping costs so we have an ongoing deal: spend over $75 and you get FREE SHIPPING.

How long will shipping take?

Our standard delivery time is between 5-10 business days. We are available for express delivery with additional charge if requested. Contact us for a quote and delivery times at service@thefloralmart.com before placing an order if you need more information. This being said, we are not responsible for any shipping delays due to the carriers. 

Do you have alternative shipping methods?

We currently use the services of USPS and Fedex. If you need to have your order shipped in a faster method or insurance, please contact us at service@thefloralmart.com to discuss alternatives.

Can you ship to P.O. boxes?

Sorry, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. If you list a P.O. box as your shipping method, you will be contacted for an alternative address. 


What if I get my product and it is damaged?

If we were able to control everything, we would make sure your order makes it to your hands in pristine and perfect condition. However, that is not always the case. Any damage to your products (visible and concealed) must be reported within 24 hours of the initial delivery. Do not refuse delivery for any of the products that are damaged. Contact and send it back to us for either return or replacement. 

What if I want to return my order?

Anything you would like to return to us must arrive in its original condition. You have 30 days from the original delivery date to return your order to get a refund, but we made returns very easy.

  1. Put the stuff you want to return in a box along with your invoice.
  2. Stick a prepaid label on it.
  3. Get the box to USPS. Check out usps.com/dropoff for locations.
  4. We’ll take it from there and get your return processed and refunded ASAP.
